Any reason NOT to use a carbon bike on a trainer?

First, let me say that I've used carbon-framed bikes on trainers in the past. S-Works Roubaix & Tarmac and 2012 BMC TeamMachine SLR-01 all survived the trainer will no ill effects.

But my 2016 BMC TeamMachine SLR-01 bore a sticker that advised NOT to use the bike on an indoor trainer. What's up with that? I see photos online of Team BMC warming up on their SLR-01's on stationary trainers. And, it seems to me, that the rear wheel may experience added stresses on a trainer, but the bike frame would not.

What's up with BMC's advisory not to use the 2016 SLR-01 on a stationary trainer? Is there any real reason NOT to do so (other than the label)? What am I missing?
