Back to the actual topic, the story is long but well worth reading.

I have found it telling how such memorials, especially ones which involved DUI, include beer bottles and/or bongs.

I was pleased a while back when looking at a memorial for a cyclist killed by a drunk driver, and it did not include any beer at all.

Murder was the proper charge for this killing, regardless how much it angered the parents and siblings. Glad at least one cop gave the straight talk on the subject.
