The frame, although high end, needs a lot of TLC, and as noted above, I'd like to know how easily those parts can be removed. I would think though, with the components, if removable, that I would ask about $200 for all that. If the stem is stuck and/or if there is a lot of rust on the inside of the frame, then less.
Thanks! I'll have to check if it is easily removed and go from there. Any reccomendations on gently removing the rust without doing damage to the paint (if possible)?
