Hope the bike(s) wasn't riding on the roof; vent holes taped?
Ye Olde Camaro (well, only 1997) has a surprisingly large rear hatch area under its glass, so the one bike I can fit inside there gets put there. Nice and dry and secure. If that was roof mounted...yikes!

The weekend was fun. Good food and beer as well, if you partook. For future events at VC, I will just rotate through my fleet. And since I have family in the area, visiting them is always a plus.
Red bike is ok, per the fall. My titanium left elbow is fine. I had a small click upon full extension (after hitting it on the pavement) that is now largely gone/migrated around my elbow. Never hurt, really. I've been riding all week with no problems.
Thank you to all who put this on. It was great to meet some fellow BF members, see their rides, and learn quite a bit. For me, Sunday's biggest takeaway was the Pinion P1.18 front gear box. There could be an even broader future market as that gearing system develops.
