It's been my experience that "entry-level" carbon bikes will have low-end (but still decent) 10-speed or lower cassette specs.
The aluminum bikes with 105 or higher specs will obviously have the new 11-speed cassette.

So it could just boil down to the question: Do you mind having less than an 11-speed?
