I absolutely love seeing euro touring options. These are two really cool bikes and how they are spec'd for the money is neat as they are a little different than US options at those prices.

$1250usd for the 10
$1875usd for the 20

The 10 is nice. A great rear rack and fenders come stock. The drivetrain is solid and the bike looks really well thought out.

The 20 is clearly a higher level build. Front rack, a quality dynamo hub, front and rear lights, higher level steel tubing, higher level drivetrain, and better quality brakes.

Totally depends on if you plan on needing what the 20 offers. I wouldnt need a tiagra over sora drivetrain or front and rear light built in. Id rather actually have my own lights and they not be wired for a touring bike.
The front rack is nice, but its about $90usd. That can be easily sourced after purchase.
The dynamo hub is really nice though and you could easily set it up to charge electronics. I would find that valuable.

Regardless of bike, the gearing isnt close to proper for me. I would want a smaller granny 3rd ring. 30-32 isnt at all easy enough for me when riding hills with gear.
