So, I broke out the winter WindTex jacket and wind blocking overpants. Too warm. Oh well, that was a lesson learned. I was toasty riding in, though, on a racing type bike to combat the wind. It should be better on the ride home, with one less layer. I like cool weather riding a lot, it's just a bit tricky remembering what combination of clothing worked at each temperature.


One of the drawbacks to the fall-to-winter transition is the periodic gusty winds that accompany it. I like the lower humidity, though.
