I can't feel a difference, and my power numbers vs speed vs grade don't look any different. But that doesn't say much about the aerodynamics except that if there's a penalty, it's small enough not to matter for me.

But if everybody in the peloton is using one then it wouldn't matter because they'd all have the same advantage or handicap.
