This is where I am! I'm more a builder/rider than a collector, though I only want to ride vintage or classic steel. I'm hoping to soon take delivery of a nice tandem frame and a pile of the key parts, plus I think I'll spring to have my Mondonico frame repaired. So for me winter is a time to build bikes to ride in the spring.

And as Mike said, having projects means needing parts.
