I can promise there is no play in the freewheel bearings.

[MENTION=190941]jimmuller[/MENTION] sometimes the wear on the teeth is only apparent on the back side of the sprocket, which is very difficult to see unless it is the largest one (which in this case it is not). For some reason sprockets wear out first on the back side.

Another possibility is that since you use this sprocket the most, possibly the four small splines which hold the sprocket in place on the outer body have worn and are now deformed or too small? Or the slots on the body (in that specific place) have worn and there is now slop in the sprocket. Pure speculation on my part. When you send it to me I'll pay close attention to these specific points of contact between the body and the sprocket.

When you send it to me, I'll turn it around overnight so it is back in your hands for mounting ASAP.
