Personally the Mongoose would be bottom on the list. They used to be great bikes but now they're sold at Walmart which gives them a bad rep.

I'd try the KHE just because on paper it's lighter then the Haro. But sit on them both and see which one suits you best, because the Haro is a decent bike for the price also.
