I cant disagree with that. One of the main reasons I started my research with the Roam. I have a Fuji on order at a shop so I can see it and test ride it. Will that to the Roam and make a decision.
The Fuji has a beautiful blue color this year, the Roam is Black/Silver (definitely dont want the lime yellow one). So that is swaying my decision some also.
I think you should consider the extra cost of the Roam 2.
That is a bike a lot of people could happily live with and not feel they have made too many compromises on for a mountain bike oriented hybrid.
