Those questions are why preventative-based health plans provide a free annual physical. The doctor makes recommendations for how one can improve one's health. That said, these days we all need to advocate for ourselves and examine more closely everything we hear or are told. Thus my doc recommended D2. I looked into it and saw that D3 is now recommended. I checked with him and he agreed with using D3 instead. We followed his dosage recommendations.
