Sat: really windy out so gf and i went to do some CX in the woods.. which worked and it wasn't too cold and i was riding pretty well. Then i made a poor line choice around a rock and accidentally stuck my front tire into a hole next to a root, couldn't bail effectively and ended up wacking my knee on a root or my frame. either way it hurt a lot and is now swollen a bit more than i'd like. Can walk and move through ROM ok but it is sore. bummed cuz we were giong to do a road ride tomorrow and that is looking rough. we'll see how it is when i wake up.
