Perhaps the barricades around the Trump Tower are no different from what one might see during construction in any big city. But, dropping traffic lanes on a busy street is never good, and everything I read indicate a very real snarling of traffic due to the Trump effect.

Send the kid off to school, and streets get closed like a parade is heading through town... twice a day.
