+1) Its Internal Diameter , tube wall(r) is 1/16", x2 thats 1/8" so a threaded 1"OD is 7/8" ID; 1_1/8" is a 1" ID.


Also there is a stem raiser to go on top of a threadless 9/8" steerer if too low is the problem ..
