Exactly. The 400SII is a racing tire. It has one of the lowest rolling resistances you're going to find, which you can expect to come at a cost, in this case the sidewalls are more vulnerable and it doesn't have a lot of rubber in the tread area. It doesn't say bad things about the tire that it can't handle gravel or junk, that's not what it was designed for.
