Today? You know how you don't have a torque wrench, and you tighten by feel? I was doing that, done it several times on stems, seat posts, whatever. Installed 3T stem on the cross bike. Tightened the face plate up to an evenly spaced perfect installation. Turned the top left bolt less than a quarter turn. Crack. Face plate where the 3 and T meet up.....cracked. Son of a.
