I go every few months - can usually scrounge up some needed bits and pieces and backup parts. A couple vendors will have french stuff I'm always on the lookout for (e.g., you can never have too many stronglight 93 cranksets). Usually I see good deals on vintage wheels, if I was in the market. I prepare a shopping list of parts to search for.
