Ocshner is a distributor in chicago that used to sell high end Italian stuff to bicycle shops. Othon Ocshner's name was in script on the top tube.

Im familiar with both Othon and the company. I worked in the industry for a long time and his booth was always next to ours in the trade shows.

most of their bicycles were Swiss. They came in both Red and blue. nice bikes. in 1988 they imported some in Chrome from Italy but nobody in the company could remember where they imported them from.. Othon himself didnt even know. (He is aging) There is no Model name that I know of. the worksmanship is excellent and the Cinelli lugs and fork show that they put some money into them.

Thats about all I got.
