You can get it through Wayne at The Touring Store. It doesn't show on his website, but give him a call, I believe he has them.
Thanx for the info! I need a better rack for my Trek 520 (currently using the OEM version), and the Locc looks like a near-perfect fit for my case. Unfortunately Wayne doesn't have any available at the moment, but he promised to check with his supplier in the morning. Thankfully, there's no huge rush at the moment.
