I won't buy or use a leaf blower because I consider them annoyingly noisy contraptions that waste energy and pollute our environment. I prefer to quietly rake my leafs manually, and I get a better workout doing so.

I wipe down my bikes after almost every wet ride because I'm a fanatic when it comes to having a clean bike. I will also clean them with a sponge and bucket of water with some mild car wash soap when they get dusty/dirty.

I found that when I let the crud dry on the bike it becomes a big project to really clean it. My bikes look near new even after years and thousands of miles of use. And they command top dollar when I sell them. I like that.
