Other than the cranks, everything could be age appropriate with the frame. The brakes are definitely pre-1978 although the rear has an improper pivot bolt.
With the better image, the odd fastener is a nylock nut, the bolt is correct I am pretty sure.
The brakes are normal reach, the one side that shows Brev. Inter. Would be Brev. Int. For the short reach caliper.
