Still no. How 'aero' you can get is limited by your flexibility. What you can do is what you can do. Then you fit your bike to suit your body. You can get a bike with as 'agressive' of a setup as you want but if you can't hold the position then you will not be 'aero.'

Someone post that picture of Merckx being 'aero' while riding on the tops despite having hardly any saddle to bar drop.
