Have never ridden an HLE frame. Definitely a sharp looking bike, and I wouldn't be trying to break any land speed records going for a spin with the lady. But woulf this ride truly emulate the "Peugeot Experience" that I so often hear about?

Girlfriends '88 Triathlon has Reynolds 501, and she loves the ride quality.
I still have my Aubisque and enjoy riding it if I want a cruise. I have a Repco Tri-A in Tange Infinity tubing which is lighter and with slick tyres is faster. The Peugeot is a fine looking bike with very clean lines.
