I'd like to ask if there is any possibility French manufacturer ever produced Italian threading freewheel in history.Thanks.
I'm not aware of any French-made, Italian thread freewheels, but there are plenty of French-made English thread freewheels, and those will work on an Italian thread hub. FWIW, English thread Atom freewheels had a rectangular punch mark on the back of the body; metric thread bodies had no mark.

If you have an Italian thread hub with an English freewheel installed, the freewheel will have re-formed the threads to English, so if you have a known, English thread bottom bracket lockring you can use that to test for an English thread hub. If the hub is English thread, the lockring will fully hand-thread (no tools) on. If the hub is metric thread, it will only thread on for a partial turn before jamming.
