So macca did you try that exercise i suggested? You had my personal guarantee that it would work. I say do about 100 each night. When it starts burning it just means that your doing good.
Do not do anything to do with weights for cycling it will just rip peices of your muscle so that when it grows over again it will be much larger, making you heavy.
Do that exercise, push ups, sit ups and maybe even try yoga.
