You can straighten a skewer within reason by sticking it partway into an axle and bending it. It's not uncommon to find skewers slightly bent for various reasons, possibly being applied to DO and hanger which aren't aligned properly. Just a little tweak is all it takes. That one is bent closer to the head than most, but still should be savable.
