I dressed up the cover letter and resume on Motorola's site to which I continue to apply to jobs on. I'm still looking for my first 'good' job. Been looking and applying consistently over the past 4 years. I think having a PMP cert would really increase my odds, however I really want the (next) employer to pay for it and to then trade-up to a better position within the same company. I do not want to collect certs on my own dime, a very costly en devour to which reward is not certain. Maybe I'm being a cheap ass. I don't know.
