3Rensho are pretty nice... and handmade. Maybe not *quite* as nice as a Kalavinka or a Nagasawa, but at that degree of finish, it's mostly down to perception & preference. 3Rensho's track frames start at about $1K; their road frames are hard to come by for less than twice that.
