Looks like my left clavicle I broke 20 years ago after wrecking on my MTB, except the center piece was also in pieces. My left shoulder is an inch lower than my right and it will hurt forever.
I will say that if you could buy percocet over the counter I'd be a drug addict. At the hospital I was shot up with morphine twice and it only made me sick. Then I popped that first percocet......
