The Stronglight crank appears to be identical to Sugino XD-500 and is probably made by them. I have one of the Stronglights and it's a nice crank, particularly considering the price-- only about $60 new. Yellow Jersey bike shop in Madison, WI, typically stocks a nice selection of Sugino cranks at competitive prices.
