Buy another Marin if you like their aspect of help. I have an Airborne and when I ask Flyte a questioin, they answer. Smaller companies it is easier. Also since Airborne/Flyte is online ordering, that is part of their specific sales plan.

I am 50/50 from Trek. I guessed their email correct and the first time got an almost form letter response about a bike (7700fx) I was looking for that was out of stock locally, and the second time got a great response and a free replacement skewer when I couldn't find a local Trek dealer (Helens/iMartin) with the Select skewers avaible to sell/order for the Airborne wheels. I however tried local Trek dealers first like they want customers to do.

Had I not gotten one of these a Jamis Coda Elite or new Supreme would have been my choice from a Jamis dealer where there is Jamis support locally.

What it came down to was a Ti bike with excellent specs on sale for $800 vs the othe choices at double it. iMartin still helps me completely and understands that I did make an effort to buy from their company. They understand why I bought it, they agreed its a deal. They service my bike, and I in turn buy my accessories there.

I suggest someone call Jamis and offer them this thread url. If they see a need to offer email support instead of the phone, you need to let them know you prefer it. Whining online because they don't have it doesn't help them know they should offer it.
