So conflicted! That paint was awesome!...but it was also unique and an acquired taste for sure. Its great that the frame has worked out for you, always nice to see bikes(or frames, really) continue in so many different ways while in the hands of others.
What did you go with for color?
I love the frame, it fits great and does what I need it to do. But I do not love the paint, very dated to a certain point in history. I chose a shade called New Burgundy. A couple shades lighter than the color of your Black Mountain Cycles frame. Seems like every time I go to a gravel ride, most everyone has these showroom fresh gravel/cyclocross bikes.
