you are not derailing anything, thank you for input.
You right, there must be hundreds of EPLUS ebikes all accross USA , but some of them only in any working shape.
Many are with dead batteries.
Where I live Canada many people recklessly leave bikes for winter outside even in snow , how would you expect them to plug in charger couple of time during winter ??? they are reckless... and wasteful /how Alberta managed to accumulate multibillion deficit when barrel was 150USD?? at the sametime Norway at the SAME time saved 100billion USD in OilFund??/

we forget that EPLUS chargers fail at alarming rate and this even farther increase number of dead EPLUSes in NAmerica.
Of course very few would advertise broken stuff for sale, right? So trick is LOCATE those EPLUSes,but how ?
