I alternate almost daily...ride day / walk day. I throw in a little running on my walk also to get the heart rate up. My wife likes to walk also so it's good for together time. 👍
Not me. Running makes my poor old man knees hurt. When I want to elevate HR when walking I either walk slower up steep hills, or find an alternative surface (for example, sand [like on a beach]).
