Thank you. I had tried about 8 skewers. I have the DA. But I was not liking the pressure it put on the carbon, which was part of the reason I commented on liking metal dropouts.

My final fix was notching the dropout. I got rid of the lock-washer. The problem is now gone, but of course the resale $ of the frame is hurt.
