I don't think there's an off-the shelf solution for what the OP wants.

< Grab hose, press to valve, wait for 'ding', tire is at 100psi, unhook hose, ride away>

It seems to me to be a lot of effort (and cost) to avoid using a floor pump to top off bike tires.

I use my Serfas pump to top off the tires on my motorcycle too, since it's way quicker than pulling out the compressor; 1 pump = +1 psi on the front, 2 pumps per psi on the rear.
