OK, some questions...

Here is the "franken-raleigh", serial number puts it between '63 and '67. What were these tabs for? Cable guides? The one on the chainstay doesn't seem to fit with any of the sturmey-archer bikes I have here. Cool parts on this one though, Perry B-100 rear hub and a sugino super custom crankset for no particular reason. No idea what the fork is from though.
