I take a bandanna, one of the larger colored ones from the dollar store or Walmart and I wrap it around my wrist and use a good ole square knot. Then I can just wash it in a sink and it dries quickly.

In the summer use a second one that has been soaked and lightly wrung on the neck for cooling and sun protection.
