I noticed that... but then I had to quit looking. I couldn't find ANY Raleigh with a matching chainstay braze-on. It's definitely something in the competition/professional/super course family. They are all 531 bikes with similar geometry, and the lugs used puts it at late 70's. It'll make a nice road cruiser.
