Very old Saeta with Nervex lugs
Found this interesting thing today while hunting bikes. It definitely has issues, but I thought it needed to be saved.

I really don't know anything about it other than the fact that it has Nervex lugs, and I was just told on FB that it is Mexican, and was made in Guadalajara. Any info is appreciated!
