the Milano 72 is the female version of the Sallanches 64. Mine were originally Ultegra but I changed the shifters to Dura-Ace and left everything else alone. The xxs looks a tiny bit small at 49.4cm. The xs looks a little better for you at 50.9 but I think that either one can work.

Remember that you don't need to do all of the upgrades at once. I like to get stuff on sale and hoard them until I'm ready to move on the change. That's what I did with my San Remo - went 105 to DA with parts that I "accumulated" over a couple of months.
