That should recover quite nicely. Perhaps a bit rough around the seat stay caps and the pedals won't pass-off as new, but it will be a very handsome bike. Gentle rubbing with Ultimate Compound for what mild soap won't take off should be enough to bring it back. When I acquired my 1972 Finest, it was a bit worse off than that, but it cleaned up quite nicely. They have durable paint. The chrome is pretty good, but don't be in too much of a hurry, or you may lose the top coat and be left with nickel plating.
