Yes^ either a Rossin-built Pog or a Basso-built frame but post-Sante in either case. Graphics look more like the Rossin jobs from the time that Performance Bike was selling them (mid-late-80s-ish). So not a BAD frame but lacking the cache of a genuine Sante Pogliaghi-made frame.
