I'm finally ready to pull the trigger and get my gravel bike. I don't need anything fancy since i have 2 road bikes and they will continue to be my primary bikes but...

Around here there are several gravel events popping out every year and while some are doable with a 28c on my roadie some are completely impossible. I also envision the gravel bike as a future light touring bike with a rear rack or something to go out for a pic nic with the kids.

That being said Fuji has a all new JARI, 4 different builds and even the lowest build is with a full tiagra. The bike looks great (on the computer) and it checks all the boxes I need but None of the performance stores have one in stock so I can see yet. The manager pointed me to a Performance branded Access Grave bike for $650 almost half of the price of the Jari for similar specs. He didn't have one in stock but he has seen one and told me it's a very decent bike for the price. Hell I could buy one for my son for the price of a single Jari (almost).

Has anybody tried either one? what are your thoughts?
