Here's how I've dated it so far. The serial starts with K7B, which looks like manufacturing Facility K, year 1972, month February -

According to the catalog pics on classicfuji 1972 is the only year with Ever Onward on the chainstays and nothing on the top tube. The crank matches catalog pics for 71 and 72.
I'm no Fuji expert and could easily be wrong on the date.
