Seriously - not directed at you. These tests often do a 25 @ 100 psi vs 23 @ 100 psi.
The test should be each tires best vs best. A 25@100 psi vs a 23@130 psi would be more like it.

I tend to think the rolling resistance nay be better on the big tire, but so far, few are doing the correct test.
