I did one pair of hard anodized ~1999 for my winter commuter. I'll let others do the research for me on the new ones. (My wheels took some hard hits - life as a year 'round commuter - and the anodizing chipped at those hits making for an erratic braking surface. I was glad when replacement time arrived.
