I can drive, as in I have a licence. But I don't drive unless I go home to see my parents, and then I use their car. I don't really plan on owning a car as long as I'm living in the City. It's silly. You can't go down one way streets the wrong way, or through parks, run lights, drive drunk, snort coke, smack kids. What are the perks?
